Financial and Purchasing Services, a division of the Corporate Services
Department, is located on Level 3 in the Halton Regional Administration
Centre, 1151 Bronte Road in Oakville. Purchasing Services is responsible
for the procurement of goods and services for all Regional departments
for a total purchase value over $5,000.
The Purchasing Section, under the direction of Andrea Mindenhall,
Manager of Purchasing, forms part of the Financial and Purchasing
section of Corporate Services.
We are a member of the Halton Co-operative Purchasing Group, which is dedicated to providing optimum value and resources to its member agencies and client groups through innovative and progressive co-operative purchasing.
Purchasing Services maintains memberships in several industry associations to maintain and promote simplified standards and specifications and keep pace with changing market conditions.
