The Halton Region Museum is located in a picturesque setting beneath the Niagara Escarpment inside Kelso Conservation Park in Milton, Ontario, Canada.
The Museum site, formerly the Alexander Family Farm, was settled in 1836 by Scottish immigrants. Four generations of the Alexander Family farmed the land until 1961. The Alexander Farm was one of the first electrically powered farms in Southern Ontario.
Today, the Halton Region Museum is dedicated to collecting and conserving artifacts significant to Halton's heritage and providing quality exhibits and education programs for all to enjoy.
